It provides legal information and copies of public records. It is not legal advice, and no client relationship with the firm arises from using it.

Acceptable use: one account per person; no bulk copying or automated scraping (the Government of Ontario's open data portal is the right source for bulk access); no attempt to defeat the access controls of another person's account.

Availability is not guaranteed. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account page. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.
